Josh & Katrina are 100% committed to providing our ever growing client base a professional & thorough service every time, no matter how big or small the job may be. Whether it’s Domestic, Commercial/Business or Builders Cleans, we have a range of services available.

We are insured, have all the current police checks for working at schools, kindergartens, nursing homes and also have white cards for any jobs on construction sites.

DOMESTIC

We provide a wide range of domestic services designed to brighten up your home. It’s so often we hear people say, “Wow, I wish I’d got my windows cleaned sooner, they look amazing!” Having clean windows is such a simple way to enhance features & views of your home & garden. Window cleaning (up to 2 storeys), which also includes wiping of frames, cleaning tracks, cob webs on frames, general spots & marks on glass. If excessive scraping or stain removal is necessary, there will be extra charges. At an extra cost we can also, wash screens, detailed cob web removal of your whole house, clean PVC blinds, remove glass stains, clean pool/balcony balustrade fencing, internal mirrors or partitions & skylights. Solar Panel Cleaning (single storey) When dirty, solar panels work less effectively, so let us get them working back to their potential. Gutter Cleaning (single storey) Are your gutters or downpipes clogged up? Sounds like it’s time to let us take care of it for you.

BUILDERS CLEANS

We specialize in pre hand over builders cleans & take the utmost care in delivering a great result.

Building your own home is such a rewarding & exciting experience however, a sometimes unavoidable outcome of the building process is hard to remove render, silicone, cement, paint & general building residue.

Servicing single & two storey homes, we will assess your windows & use all appropriate methods to remove the above mentioned building remnants to leave your windows looking crystal clear.

Upon completion of the initial builders clean, we can also provide a periodic window cleaning service to ensure your new glass is protected against permanent damage from stain & decay, so it continues looking its best. We can also come to you for a free ON SITE quote.

Builders Clean Disclaimer

Window cleaning services performed by Everclear Window Cleaning are subject to the terms below. By using our services, you agree to each of these terms.

If you do not agree with any of these terms or if you have any concern or complaint regarding the service performed, this must be placed in writing and forwarded us within five 5 business days from the date of the invoice. If no contact is made within five 5 business days, it is deemed you are satisfied with the job that has been completed.

Everclear Window Cleaning will not be liable under any circumstances, for any scratches on tempered, toughened or safety glass, as we are aware that one side has manufacturing defects and also e-glass which could be marked prior to cleaning.

Our assurance is that we will take all due care and precautions so that we are able to clean it safely.

Unfortunately with nature of these types of products, especially if paint or mortar has be allowed to collect on the defective side, is that it will most likely be scratched or marked before window cleaning is commenced. Also, this type of glass is quiet often installed incorrectly with the defective side facing to the exterior which makes it much more difficult to safely clean this type of glass.

In many cases, any glass that has to be scraped by a scraper in order to remove debris that has been allowed to collect on the glass surface will already have minor scratches, chips, nicks or stains on the glass surface or on the frame, putty, paint, rubber or silicone surrounding the glass. These spots or blemishes will normally be invisible or very hard to see until the glass and frames have been cleaned, depending on the condition of the job. Glass is a soft and porous material and easily damaged by products such as paint, render, dirt, grime and other substances which have made contact with the surface area. In performing a cleaning operation in these circumstances, we cannot guarantee that the glass or surrounding frames, putty, rubber, silicone etc won’t show some wear and tear from the cleaning operation, as this is impossible to guarantee.

These terms and conditions are part of the contractual relationship between Everclear Window Cleaning and our customer. Any variation to these terms and conditions must be in writing and signed by each party.
