Everclear Window Cleaning

By booking services with Everclear Window Cleaning, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Estimates and Quotes

Prices provided by phone, email, online booking, or based on photographs are preliminary estimates only.

All estimates are subject to confirmation following an on-site inspection before work commences.

Everclear Window Cleaning reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or re-issue any estimate if the information provided by the customer is incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.

A binding contract for services arises only once a confirmed quotation has been accepted after inspection.

2. Scope of Services

Everclear Window Cleaning provides professional window cleaning (up to four storeys), solar panel cleaning, and pressure cleaning.

Standard cleaning services do not include the removal of paint, cement, silicone, hard water stains, or other specialised restoration unless expressly agreed in writing.

Any additional or specialist services will be quoted separately.

3. Access and Safety

The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property, including unlocking gates, securing pets, and moving fragile or obstructive items.

Everclear Window Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue work if conditions are deemed unsafe (including unstable roofs, electrical hazards, or aggressive animals).

The safety of our team is paramount and work may be rescheduled if risks are present.

4. Damage and Liability

While every care is taken, Everclear Window Cleaning accepts no liability for:

Pre-existing damage to glass, frames, seals, roofs, or solar panels.

Scratches, chips, or cracks in already weakened or compromised surfaces.

Water ingress or leaks where windows, doors, or seals are not watertight.

Customers are responsible for advising of any known weaknesses, damage, or special considerations before work commences.

5. Weather Conditions

Work may be postponed or rescheduled in unsafe weather conditions (e.g. high winds, heavy rain, or extreme heat).

Jobs will be rescheduled at the earliest available time.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Everclear Window Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Payment Terms

For residential services, payment is due on completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For commercial services, payment terms may be agreed upon in advance between Everclear Window Cleaning and the client.

Accepted payment methods include cash, EFTPOS, and bank transfer.

Cheques are not accepted.

Late payments may incur additional fees and may affect future bookings.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of work, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion.

We will return to rectify any reasonable issues.

This guarantee does not cover matters beyond our control, such as weather, dust, pollen, or bird activity after the service is completed.

9. Insurance and Compliance

Everclear Window Cleaning is fully insured and all staff are police-checked.

All services are carried out in accordance with Australian safety regulations and environmental best practices.

10. Privacy

Customer details (name, address, contact details) are collected solely for the purposes of quoting, booking, and delivering services.

Information will never be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

11. Amendments to Terms

Everclear Window Cleaning reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.
